Valor Alum Camden Deal Makes Magic on Stage

Camden Deal '19 is currently starring in the brand new Broadway show: The Thorn. He is a dancer/aerialist/actor and plays Adam and John the Baptist, among other things. Recently, he was in Denver performing and had the opportunity to reconnect with some Valor faculty and staff. The tour has traveled to dozens of cities within the past two seasons of touring. Camden loves being able to use his theatre talent and gives all glory to God. Since college, he has had the opportunity to perform at a theme park, on a cruise ship, and with several theatres around the country. Whether it be musicals, like His Story: The Musical or The Last Adam, or larger productions, the Lord has provided Camden with many opportunities to tell His story on and off the stage. Once The Thorn tour is done, Camden will return to Florida and continue his job at Disney World while also serving at his church. Currently, he is a sub for Kristoff in the Frozen Sing-Along show at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

"My favorite part about being on stage is using my gifts to glorify God and connecting with others through meaningful stories," says Camden.
